HMR completed a condition assessment and program document for this 1926 building. The scope of the analysis included a review and subsurface examination of the deteriorated terra cotta cornice and tower and examination of the condition of all exterior elements including the roofing, copper clad steeple and cast stone trim. Additional work included renovations to assure accessibility compliance, interior finish restorations, and the addition of an air conditioning system within the structure.
HMR prepared construction documents for the completion of the Accessibility Compliance work and Exterior Restoration. Construction of the accessibility compliance work was completed in 2001. The Exterior Restoration was completed in 2003.
