HMR Architects prepared a Historic Structures Report, which evaluated the physical conditions of the building, provided an architectural history and established the building’s period of significance. Based on the evaluation, HMR formulated a plan for the restoration and rehabilitation of the house and prepared construction documents. Reconstruction of the kitchen wing and a cultural landscape report has also been completed. This site has received funding from the NJ State Historic Trust and the Somerset County Historic Preservation Trust Grant Program.
