TWIN LIGHTS HISTORIC SITE HIGHLANDS, NEW JERSEY
Twin Lights Lighthouse, built in 1862, sits 200 feet above sea level in the Navesink Highlands. Holt Morgan Russell Architects conducted an exterior restoration at this historic site. Exterior Restoration included replacement of improperly installed roof flashings and re-pointing of brownstone masonry and clay masonry chimneys. At both Lens Houses, HMR completed replacement of the copper roofs, restoration of the glazing systems, and removal of the epoxy deck and replacement with flat seam lead-coated copper roofing.
