The renovation of this historic 1823 Steadman Residence included the installation of a new HVAC system, fire suppression system and accessibility upgrades. Interior renovations included the upgrading of finishes and furnishings and installation of a commercial kitchen to bring this University Guest House on par with local hotels. The building, located within an historic district in Princeton, was altered in the early 1900s with Colonial Revival details.
