HMR completed Exterior Restoration of four (4) buildings on Rutgers’ Historic Old Queens Campus including 542 George Street, Old Queens, Van Nest and Alexander Johnson. HMR surveyed existing conditions and prepared complete construction documents for each building. The work included new slate roofs, masonry restoration, window repairs and replacements and exterior millwork restoration.
