Working with the New Jersey State Library staff, HMR developed a design for construction of the Technical Training Center. Utilizing digital projection and interconnected computer training terminals, the facility can simultaneously provide visual and hands-on training for computer driven search and software packages. HMR also provided design services for the installation of improved fire detection and suppression systems throughout the Library. The construction was completed entirely during evening and weekend hours to limit the impact on Library operations.
