HMR worked closely with the Library staff to achieve their programmatic goals, many of which were originally slated for later construction phases, within the Phase I budget and schedule parameters. Through the rearrangement of the library’s service points and collections, the design fully optimized their interior space and resulted in the need for only a small addition to meet their requirements.
