A major addition to a house on the ocean which moved the Master Bedroom in order to get the ocean view, enclosed a deck for a dining room and upgraded the kitchen. The owner could no longer swim in the ocean so a solar heated salt water pool was added and an elevator was installed to provide access to upper levels.
