FORT HANCOCK SANDY HOOK, NEW JERSEY
HMR provided historic preservation consultation for the Adaptive Reuse of thirty-six buildings in Fort Hancock Historic District, Gateway National Recreation Area, Sandy Hook, New Jersey. As proposed, buildings located within the National Historic Landmark District will be rehabilitated and reused as a multi-use facility including office, conference, education and hospitality facilities. All work will be in compliance with the Secretary of Interior’s Standards of Rehabilitation.
