THE EMLEN PHYSICK ESTATE
CAPE MAY, NEW JERSEY
Constructed in 1879, the design of the Emlen Physick estate is attributed to renowned architect Frank Furness. HMR maintains a working relationship with the Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts to assist them with the continued maintenance and restoration of this Cape May landmark completed in the distinctive carpenter gothic style. Recent and ongoing work includes foundation repairs, window restorations and installation of new air conditioning systems.
