CRAFTSMAN FARMS
PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS, NEW JERSEY
HMR Architects prepared the Historic Structures Report, complete with measured drawings and detailed photo documentation of the buildings and site and formulated a program for the restoration of the 1911 Log House, a National Historic Landmark. In addition, recommendations were made for further research and documentation of the cottages, outbuildings and historic landscape.
Based on the HSR and accepted recommendations, HMR prepared designs, construction documents and performed construction observation for the reinforcement of the existing roof structure and restoration of the original Ludowici tile roofing. The work included related interior restorations and epoxy repairs and was funded by the New Jersey Historic Trust.
