EDWARD SEAY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
HACKETTSTOWN, NEW JERSEY
HMR prepared a preliminary building condition report and recommendations for restoration of this Beaux-Arts style historic structure. Based on findings, HMR provided full architectural service for the restoration of the Edward Seay Administration Building, North Hall and South Hall, including restoration of dome clocks, metal roofs, terra cotta trim elements, porch columns and capitals, and new entry portico which incorporates ADA access.
